Bibliographies

From 1971 to 2006, the Centre for Research and Studies on the History of the Second World War has published the Bibliography concerning Belgium in/and the Second World War. In the framework of the project Resistance in Flanders, an exhaustive bibliography has been compiled including publications and work instruments concerning the Belgian Resistance. Furthermore, a selection has been made on an international scale of the most significant studies on the Resistance. This bibliography is updated until end 2004. Click here to consult it.

 

In the framework of the research programme 'Occupation in Europe. The Impact of National Socialist and Fascist Rule' of the European Science Foundation, a member of Cegesoma has compiled a retrospective annotated bibliography on the themes discussed in this project. In 1995, Gie Van den Berghe published Getuigen. Een case-study over ego-documenten. Bibliografie van ego-documenten over de national-socialistische kampen en gevangenissen, geschreven of getekend door 'Belgische' (ex-)gevangenen : Belgen, personen die in België gedomicilieerd waren of verbleven, en andere uit België gedeporteerde personen (Brussels, Centre for Research and Studies on the History of the Second World War, 1995 - 2 volumes).
