Sarah Heynssens
Sarah Heynssens studied Contemporary History at the University of Ghent. In her thesis, she made a historical analysis of 20th century international environment policy. She focused in particular on the ideological changes in this policy as a result of new political and economic orientations. In 2009 she obtained a master degree in General Economics with a study on “sustainability” in ecological thinking. Since April 2010 she works at the Ceges/Soma on a research project concerning the Belgian colonial past: “The Children of Save. Stolen or Saved ?”.
