  • Some pages contain link labels that do not always describe the function of the link for an anchor element.
  • The alt attribute is not used on the img element.
  • Some pages contain section headings that are not identified by h1-h6 tags.
  • Some pages contain underlined or special text elements without semantic markup.
  • Some pages contain elements with insufficient contrast, i.e. below the contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 between the text, including text in image form, and the text background.

Improvement plan

Please note that, in the medium term, the main content elements of the CegeSoma website will be integrated into the forthcoming new website of the State Archives.

As a first step, we will try to provide link labels that describe the function of the links and check those that are already present.

We will also try to check the use of the “alt” attribute on img elements.
